Jewish Mysticism explains that there are 10 foundational building blocks of our universe and human psyche known as the Sefirot. These Divine attributes show us a road map to personal growth, wholeness, and peace - and deeper yet, to understanding the truth of Divine reality.

If we want to understand how we function, we must understand that we are reflections of what is above us. The sefirot are lenses through which we see the world.

Together with a growth minded community, we will deep dive into the 3 Sefirot of Intellect, leading us then into the 7 Sefirot of emotion - traditionally focused on during these 7 weeks between the holidays of Passover & Shavuot.

We will work to integrate their lessons into our lives through in-depth learning, psychological relevancy and practical application, and a tailored meditation to bridge this newfound insight with our heart and body.
